The Law Firm Olesiński & Wspólnicy participated once again in nationwide campaign – Szlachetna Paczka (the “Noble Pack”).
Szalchetna Paczka is Christmas charity initiative held by “Stowarzyszenie Wiosna”. Its main objective is to provide a direct help to the families in difficult material situation.

Olesiński & Wspólnicy Law Firm took 36th place in the seventh National ranking of law firms made by Gazeta Prawna. We noted this result with satisfaction however, what we remember and care for, is to be always in the first place in the ranking of each of our current and future clients.

The project Szlachetna Paczka is a nationwide campaign of Christmas aid organised since 2001 by Stowarzyszenie Wiosna. Its main idea is to provide direct aid so that it is effective, concrete and meaningful.

On November 18, 2010 the Court of Appeal in Wroclaw seated the case of appeal of our Client (NK.pl) represented by our Law Firm. The appeal was lodged against the sentence of the District Court in Wroclaw (case No. I C 144/10) concerning alleged infringement of personal rights.
