After a long fight before the court of first instance we have won for our Client a prestigious and important dispute with the Social Insurance Institution, related to determining the basis of the employees’ premium's in a large construction company.

The Social Insurance Institution admitted, that a part of the benefits connected with performing work on the construction sites away from the place of residence should be added to the employees’ premium's basis. The sentence is not legally valid yet but in our opinion it is very adequate, furthermore, it has 990 pages which is not only outstanding but also establishes a new record at our Law Office. Assuredly, it will not be broken for a long time (our previous record had “only” 110 pages). Special congratulations in this case are due to Ms Joanna Kucharczyk!
