Olesiński & Wspólnicy Law Firm on the use of intellectual capital of Europe, Poznań 2011

On 27 June 2011, our Law Firm made a presentation at the conference entitled “Union without Borders. The Use of Intellectual Capital of Europe” held in Poznań, Poland, as part of a series of “Union without Borders” conferences organised by Mrs. Róża Thun and Mr. Rafał Trzaskowski, Members of the European Parliament, and by the Project: Poland Association.

 

During the presentation, Filip Mroczkowski discussed the basic issues relating to the protection and management of intellectual property, including copyright and industrial property, and presented the regulatory rules relating to unfair competition. The presentation ended with a discussion with the participants.
