On November 28, 2010 the Supreme Court passed a sentence in favour of our Client. The case concerned association's management board member responsibility for the arrears in contributions to social insurance. The case was led by legal advisor Tomasz Zasada.

The case concerned the decision of Social Insurance issued against the former member of the management board of association (sports club), charging him with responsibility for association’s arrears in social insurance contributions.
Litigation was the result of an unfavorable decision of Social Insurance and subsequent appeal followed by adverse sentence of the Court of Appeal in Wroclaw.
As a consequence of the appeal made by Tomasz Zasada the Supreme Court passed a sentence in favour of our Client by repealing the sentence of the Court of Appeal.
The case was returned to the Court of Appeal in Wroclaw.
