Inspections, court proceedings, and court and administrative proceedings

Our services in that respect include full support relating to tax inspections and proceedings, as well as court and administrative proceedings regarding our clients. Apart from full representation of the client, our services may also include the various elements of that support, such as, for instance:

• drawing up procedural writs (appeals, complaints, petitions, explanations, objections, documents and submissions in the course of proceedings, motions for evidence, etc.);
• participating in procedural acts in legal proceedings (e.g. inspections, trials);
• providing assistance in respect of obtaining expert opinions;
• providing support with compiling documents required by inspecting bodies.

Our assistance may also include various activities that fall outside the scope of proceedings, such as: an analysis of the feasibility of preparing amended tax returns, assessment of impact of the rulings delivered on other settlements, etc.
