Our legal proceedings team provides our Clients with support in the area of all kinds of tender procedures, especially those regarding public procurements.

Our Clients might seek our support regarding particularly:

• the analysis of the content of the public contract notice, the Specification of Essential Terms and Conditions of Public Procurement and a draft of the agreement with the awarding entity,
• legal support during the course of preparation of offers and applications for purposes of the procedure concerning public procurement,
• representation before the awarding entity on each stage of the procedure,
• appeal procedure and representation before the President of the Public Procurement Office, National Appeals Chamber and courts,
• preparation of legal opinions regarding issues concerning public procurement.
